A Presbytery Cover-up

Sisters Theresa Garcia Robertson and Caroline Garcia Osborne, along with an anonymous friend recount a story of grooming and sexual battery by OPC minister Boyd Miller. When these allegations came to light, the Presbytery of the Southeast conducted an investigation, confirmed the accounts of the women… and swept it under the rug in executive session at a meeting in October 2024.
